Qatar is the first Middle Eastern country to have the upgraded seven-seater Tiggo 8 Pro Max SUV launched there in 3 different variants; Comfort, Luxury and Flagship.
As the flagship of the Tiggo 8 range, the Tiggo 8 Pro Max is powered by a 2.0 TGDI engine packing 254 PS and 390 Nm sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed twin-clutch transmission.
All those figures make it good for a swift 7.3-second century sprint. The Chery-developed engine won the ‘China Heart’ 10 Best Engines of 2021 for its power-efficiency and fuel economy, returning a rated fuel efficiency of 7.0 litres per 100 km.

The modes are economy, normal, sport, camping, skiing and off-road. It functions by transferring torque to all four wheels within 100 milliseconds to maintain stability and grip.
You’ll also notice Chery’s ‘Life in Motion 3.0’ design philosophy that’s hard to miss in the galaxy-inspired geometric matrix diamond front grille, sculptured sides, satin chrome highlights and distinctive tail lamps. It definitely makes for a looker.
