My HR KP is a secure, online system for employees to access their personal information and benefits. It’s available 24/7, so you can get the information you need whenever it’s convenient for your team members.
My HR KP allows employees to view their benefit information, pay information and other employee information all in one place.
Why do I need to use it?
HR KP is a one-stop shop for all your HR needs. It’s the official HR system of the company, so you can access payroll information, medical coverage and more from one place.
It also allows you to manage all your employees’ documents in one place – including pay slips and statements.
With the Paysense HR system, you can easily keep track of your employees’ salaries and benefits. You can also see where they are in the payroll cycle and how much money they’ve been paid out so far this month or year.
What can I do on MY HR KP?
- View your profile.
- View your benefits.
- View your pay stubs and tax forms, including W-2, 1099 and any other required forms.
- View your work schedule and time off requests (if applicable).
- Review leave balances and training logs (if applicable).
How can I access My HR KP?
You can access My HR KP through the website or mobile app. You can also access it by clicking on the HR KP icon on the main menu, which is located at the top of each page.
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see all of your information about pay rates, holidays, bonuses and more!

Can I view my profile without logging into My HR KP?
Yes, you can view your profile without logging in. To do so:
- Go to myhrkp.com and click on “My Profile” at the top of the page (or click here).
- Select “View Profile.” This will take you to your public profile page where all of your information is displayed along with an option to edit or delete any of it if needed! If there are specific fields that need attention, feel free to reach out directly through one of our support channels so we can help resolve any issues related thereto!
What if I forget my password and am locked out of the system?
If you forget your password, you will be able to reset it by logging in to the MyHR system. Once there, select “Forgot my password?” from the login screen and follow the prompts to enter your email address and new password.
If this does not work for some reason (for example, if you did not receive an email with instructions), then contact the helpdesk at 1-800-492-8957 (1-800-492-8990 for international calls). They will ask for basic information about how long ago you reset your account and what steps were taken before reaching out to them so they can further assist with any issues that may arise during this process
What if I forget my login or password while using the mobile app?
If you forget your login or password, press the Forgot Password button on the login screen. A new window will appear asking for your username and email address to reset it. Once this is done, enter a new password and confirm it before logging back in with that information. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password within one hour of resetting it
How secure is the information in MY HR KP?
MY HR KP is a fully secure, encrypted system that stores your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). It is not connected to any other university system or the internet.
The security measures we use include:
- Passwords; you must use a unique password for each account you create on MY HR KP. This means no two users can access the same account using their own username and password combination. Anybody who knows this information could access your information without your knowledge or consent. You will be required to change your passwords every few months as they become known by others outside of our organization (for example through social media).
